Paul Crilly is an experienced corporate leader with extensive experience in the oil and gas services sector, private equity, and corporate governance. Throughout his career, he has led several companies through periods of growth, restructuring, and acquisition. As President and CEO of Norex Exploration Services Inc., he oversaw the company’s expansion from a small business generating $11 million in annual revenue to an industry leader with over $110 million in revenue and up to 600 employees. Paul Crilly also led Evolution Engineering Inc.’s commercialization efforts, which ultimately resulted in the company’s sale to a major global oil and gas services firm.
Mr. Crilly holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in Canada and is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a chartered accountant designation from the Alberta Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants. He earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and has used his expertise in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate leadership to help reposition underperforming companies and identify new market opportunities.
Currently, Mr. Crilly serves as a director on the boards of Pulse Seismic Inc. and roundLAB Inc. His past directorships include Mart Resources Inc. and Norex Exploration Services Inc., where he provided guidance on strategic planning, capital markets, and equity formation.
